With the pandemic situation continue to evolve, I would like you to know that the team here at Faces Makeup & Hair will work with you through this challenging time.

The Australian government has recently banned gatherings of over 500 people, and imposed compulsory 14-day self-isolation for anyone who enters Australia from overseas.  These are important measures to limit the spread of the virus.  As the situation continues to evolve, there may be further restrictions.

We understand that this may have an impact on your weddings in the coming weeks; or, maybe you are considering to postpone your weddings for the safety and wellbeing of your guests in this climate.  We don't want you to stress about losing your deposits or having no makeup artist for your weddings.

Effective immediately, our team will be relaxing our current booking terms and conditions in relation to weddings that need to be postponed because of the pandemic.  We will put your booking on hold, and we will work with you to find a new date.

Here's how we can help:

1. Let us know asap (the earlier the better) that your wedding will be postponed.

2. If you have a new date, let us know.  We will send you the stylist of your choice wherever possible.  If she is not available on that day, we will substitute with another stylist - we have a whole team of talents!

3. If you have not yet settled on a new date, we can simply put your booking on hold and carry it over.  Just let us know when you are ready.

If you do not notify us of any changes to your appointment, we will assume everything is still good to go.  Make sure you check out our health notice to help us protect our stylists and other clients.

Once again, we will be monitoring the latest developments closely and update our policy if necessary.  Things may seem a bit (or very) uncertain, but we will get through this together!
